Thanks to everyone we really had a terrific day, which some say was the best party ever! Congratulations to everyone who participated and made the Roast such a success. People are indeed remarkable. I am now happy to report we raised a whopping $20,600.00 for the Children's Hospital at the 2007 Roast! Our total donations have now reached $297,062.21! The West Island Children's Charity is registered as a Charitable Association. We promise that money donated goes directly to helping families in need, via the Social Services Department of the Montreal Children's Hospital, and that we take no administration fees. Tax receipts are available for donations we direct on your behalf to hospital social services, from the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation. Our Charity Roast goal is to help the children and families in need, who are disadvantaged, and need any kind of help not available through government-funded programs.
